Mogul Meister Ski and Snowboard Club
2022 Trip Leader Responsibilities
September 6, 2021
Dear MMSSC Member:
Thank you for indicating that you are interested in becoming a Trip or Assistant Leader for the 2022 Ski Season.
Below is an outline of the general responsibilities for Trip Leaders. Please review
carefully when assessing your interest. These positions require serious work before, during, and after the trip.
The Board has decided to set compensation for these positions rather than rely on “tips” as has been previously done. This compensation will range from $800 to $1,600+ depending on the number of people registered for the trip. It will be paid by the Board of Directors after successful execution of responsibilities. We will discuss the compensation in more detail during your interview.
Although Trip Leaders and Assistants do the bulk of the work on the trips, we all know that the success of the trip depends on cooperation of all participants. We look forward to meeting with you. THINK SNOW!
Sincerely,
MMSSC Board of Directors
