Jordan Hotel - Set in the most spectacular mountain location in New England, the Jordan Hotel is the premier address at Sunday River and offers sweeping views of the resort's western peaks and across the valley toward the Mahoosuc Range.  

Alpine setting and true ski-in / ski-out access on the Lollapalooza trail. 186 rooms ranging in size from standard rooms to three-bedroom suites.  Heated outdoor pool and hot tub

Three on-site restaurants: Sliders, Grand Ave, and Northern Lights Cafe 

24-hour desk, outdoor heated pool with hot tub (open year-round), fitness center, Sliders Restaurant, non-smoking, elevators, coin-operated laundry facility, complimentary parking, ski check, gift shop, business center, ATM, game room.

Unit Amenities - All rooms and suites are rated either 3 or 4 Boyne Stars and feature the Signature Boyne Bed and linen package, daily housekeeping service, 37" flat screen HDTVs, full or mini kitchens, hair dryer, iron & board, and coffee maker.

While others tend to boast it, the truth is that they're not even close. In terms of sheer size, Sunday River is a very big resort spanning three miles long from White Cap to the Jordan Bowl and in between, 8 interconnected mountain peaks, 135 trails, 820 acres plus more hidden spots than a snow leopard on a powder day thanks to our Boundary-to-Boundary Policy. And while most resort thank Mother Nature for their winter bounty, we take matters into our own hands with the most powerful snowmaking system in the world.


PAYMENT/CANCELLATION/POLICIES: An initial group/club (refundable) deposit of $500 is required to confirm your group’s reservation by September 1, 2020.  An initial deposit of $200 per person is required on or about November 1, 2020.  Final payment, along with the room list is due 30 days prior to arrival.  All group and initial individual deposits are non-refundable.  Written cancellations received (30) or more days prior to trip date will be considered for full refund less initial reservation deposit if lodging can be adjusted to eliminate the empty bed spaces.  If lodging cannot be adjusted, person will be refunded lift ticket only.  Written cancellation received within (30) days of trip date will be eligible for lift ticket refund only, regardless of lodging adjustment.  "No shows" will not be eligible for refund.

COVID-19 MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING:

It is understood by both parties that the COVID-19 pandemic has imposed federal and state travel restrictions, which are in effect at the time of contracting Group. Should the restrictions remain or be lifted and then reinstated, at any time prior to arrival, the group may cancel this agreement without penalty, under the terms listed in the Force Majeure clause on this agreement.

FORCE MAJEURE:

Either party may terminate or suspend its obligations under this agreement to the other party if such obligations are delayed, prevented, or rendered impractical by the occurrence of any of the events listed, including but not limited to: fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, civil commotion, insurrection, act of God, strikes, riot, pandemic, government action, provided that the party which is unable to perform its obligations provides notice to the other party as promptly as possible following the onset of such events or circumstances. In the event this such force majeure affects the meeting, either party may cancel all outstanding portions of the meeting without incurring any charges
